Wellness, natural remedies, and a healthy lifestyle had been a part of Ruppys upbringing and the importance of these things instilled in her from a young age. She decided to do a complete career change and explore the beauty industry, with a focus on whole body health.
After much training, gaining experience along the way, and continuing to expand her horizons and education, Ruppy realized her true passion and to this day is putting her whole heart into helping people to look and feel their best, while also imparting her knowledge to them so that they may continue on a path of self wellness and improvement.
Her teaching career has also come full circle, as she offers education training courses in almost all of the services she provides. Ruppys years of experience in providing beauty services, developing strong client relationships, and building a thriving business are the pillars of her beauty academy, and she takes great pride in helping aspiring estheticians and medical estheticians to be the best and most educated they can be.

Ruppy is a highly educated and skilled medical esthetician, and offers a wide variety of services, using the latest and best technology and equipment. She takes great pride in supporting her clients on their journey to achieve their beauty goals and in helping them to look and feel their best, in a professional and comfortable environment.
Ruppy took her Masters in teaching and strived to be a high school teacher, as she had always wanted to help people and make a difference in their lives. As she began her teaching career, she started to realize she was not as fulfilled with this life path as she had hoped, and embarked on the search to find her true passion.

Senior Stylist & Hair Expert Coach
Simi has been a part of the hair industry for almost 3 decades, having played a leading role in developing hair services for one of the world’s largest hairstyling/personal care conglomerate. From formulating courses to guide hairstylist and developing their skills, she has been instrumental in deciphering, adapting trends in Asia and India. Collaborating with various hairstylists icons in Paris, London and other countries in Europe, she carries valuable experience in her field to deliver the best whether East or West. Being a lively personality and a passion to serve clients with her expertise on cut, color and styling, she also extends her experience and knowledge as a mentor and coach to many upcoming learners in the field of hairdressing.
Continually embracing new trends and her ability as a go giver in all aspects, makes her a unique combination of both humility and newness in her approach to clients and students with her hair expert career as a service provider and coach. Having started her own salon, and then leaving that to join an organization in which she rose to the rank of Director of Education, APAC; has been quite an accomplishment. She now humbly wants to give back to the industry which has given her much in life.
