To ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations, purchases, services, and course enrollments. We encourage all clients and students to review these terms carefully before making a purchase, booking an appointment, or enrolling in a course.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request that you provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we may offer the appointment to another client.
No-Show Fee: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice will be charged a no-show fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All retail product sales are final. Please carefully review your product selection before completing your purchase. Beauty Villa Spa & Academy does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products once purchased, including situations where a customer changes their mind, no longer requires the product, or is dissatisfied with their purchase.
Customers are encouraged to ask questions and confirm product details with our staff before completing a transaction.
Exceptions: In the event that a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Gift cards and other non-returnable items are not eligible for refunds.
All spa service purchases and completed services are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be provided due to a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the expected results. If you have any concerns regarding a service you have received, please contact us promptly. We value client feedback and will make reasonable efforts to review and address your concerns. Any applicable resolution will be determined at the discretion of Beauty Villa Spa & Academy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
All academy course enrollments and training program payments are final and non-refundable. By registering for a course or training program at Beauty Villa Spa & Academy, students acknowledge and agree to the following:
