At Beauty Villa Spa & Academy, we strive to provide the highest quality service and products to our valued clients. We understand that sometimes schedules change, or products may not work out. Please review our policies below.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide us with sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we may offer that time to another client.
No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a No-Show Fee equal to 50% of your service cost.
Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice (or 48 hours, depending on your preference) before cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Our refund and returns policy for retail products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Opened skin care or makeup products (for health and hygiene reasons)
Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.
Spa Services: Refunds are generally not given for spa services once they have been rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
Academy Courses: Please contact us directly regarding the refund policy for academy enrollment and training courses, as specific terms may apply to student registrations.
